We're on a mission!
Our goal is to fuel an #ItsNotAboutMe attitude; a game-changing principle based on Philippians 2:3-5. Our Goal is to serve, encourage, believe in and make others feel Gods love like they've never felt before.
We believe fitness is about more than muscle tone, strength, or speed. It's about getting stronger inside and out for the people in your life. It's about pushing your limits and finding out what you're made of. It's about strengthening your entire being for not just yourself, but to serve all those around you.
We've put the fun back in fitness and we're on a mission to redefine youth athletics. Our goal is to empower kids to believe in themselves, to inspire them to be the best they can be, and to give them the courage to live the life they were created for!
At FMU Fitness our goal is to have a positive and lasting impact on every person that walks through our doors...both the young and the young at heart. We believe that it is our purpose to help make this world a better place, and to inspire others to want to know Jesus. We believe that fitness is huge part of living out that mission. Physically, fitness makes you stronger while building energy and endurance. Mentally, fitness challenges you to go outside your comfort zone, push yourself beyond your perceived limits and teaches that perseverance and dedication can overcome many obstacles. Spiritually, we believe that we are meant to use our strengths and abilities to serve. Put together, these three components of mind, body and soul can be the difference between just getting through life and actually living out the purpose we were created for!! #ItsNotAboutMe but #ItStartsWithMe
